The draft zoning framework represents where we think the neighborhood's land use should change and where it should stay the same. It describes places where we can create more opportunities for affordable housing, as well as places where we'd like to grow more jobs. This is only one part of the neighborhood plan. The overall plan will include capital investments, policy, programs and services. While zoning alone cannot address all the issues the community has raised, it does play an important role in creating the potential for opportunities and improvements. The draft zoning framework will continue to be refined and updated throughout this process.
